Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms apply between Inyex Technologies Limited ("Inyex", "we") and the church that subscribes to ChurchCore ("the church", "you"). By using ChurchCore, the church agrees to them.
The service
ChurchCore is an online church management service. It helps a church keep its members, attendance, giving, welfare, visitors and children's records, and send SMS messages. We set each church up together with the church, then provide the service at app.churchcoreapp.com.
Accounts and roles
- The church's administrator invites staff and gives each person a role. Each role sees only what it needs.
- Every person uses their own account. Accounts must not be shared.
- Sign-in uses a password and a one-time code sent to the user's phone. Keep both private, and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
- The church is responsible for removing access when someone leaves a role.
The church's responsibilities
- Keep only information the church is allowed to keep, and have a lawful reason under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), including the consent of a parent or guardian for children's profiles.
- Send SMS messages only to people who expect to hear from the church, and only about church matters.
- Keep records accurate, and use ChurchCore lawfully and without trying to break or misuse it.
Fees
- Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription, in Ghana cedis, as shown on our pricing. Plans differ by the size of the church.
- Payments are made through Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack's page and never reach ChurchCore.
- We will tell churches before a price change takes effect.
SMS messages
A church starts with 50 SMS messages when it is set up. After that, the church buys top-ups in advance, and messages are deducted as they are sent. ChurchCore shows how many messages remain. Sign-in codes are never blocked by the message balance.
Late payment
We send reminders before and after a subscription falls due. If it is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, some features are gradually paused until it is paid. Even then, signing in, Sunday check-in, recording giving and viewing existing records keep working, and we never delete a church's data because of a late payment. Everything returns as soon as the payment is made.
Your data
The church owns the records it keeps in ChurchCore. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Support access
Our team has no standing access to a church's records. When we need to help, we open a short, time-limited window and the church's administrators are told. Seeing giving, welfare or individual member records, or making any change, waits for the church's approval. In a genuine emergency we can open access without approval; the church is alerted at once and the access is permanently recorded in its audit log.
Leaving ChurchCore
The church can stop using ChurchCore at the end of any paid period by telling us. On request, we provide the church's records in a standard format such as CSV, and then delete them from ChurchCore.
Availability
We work to keep ChurchCore available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to take it offline briefly for maintenance.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, to harm others, or in a way that puts other churches' data at risk. Where we can, we will tell the church first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to a church is limited to the fees the church paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell churches about changes that affect them before they take effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction.
